Each session is completely unique and guided by my intuition. Tailored to support exactly what you need in the moment. Using a gentle yet powerful combination of complementary therapies such as Reiki, chakra balancing, crystal healing, colour therapy, aura and meridian healing, meditation, manifesting rituals, mandala art, and space cleansing, I create a space for deep release and realignment. This non-invasive treatment works to clear energetic blockages, calm the mind, and bring balance back to your body.

DISTANT ENERGY HEALING

This is a distant healing treatment and all communication is via email. Once your session is booked, you'll receive a confirmation text 72 hours before your appointment. Please note: this message may include an address, but you can disregard it.

This treatment is designed to support the release of energetic blockages and tension in both the mind and body, helping your energy flow with more strength and ease. It works to restore balance across your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing.

Before your session, I’ll send you some music meditations you can listen to. While you’re welcome to go about your day, I do recommend setting aside an hour to rest, relax and listen during the treatment time to further enhance the benefits.

After your session, I’ll email you notes and personalised home care suggestions.

All distant energy healing sessions are conducted in AEST, and payment is required prior to your session via direct bank deposit.
