DELIVERIES

Please allow up to 5 business days for me to make and pack all of your products. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.

FREE shipping for all orders over $100 Australia wide. For orders under $100 shipping is a flat rate of $10. 

For overseas orders, please email me at universalbloom@outlook.com for shipping costs.

 

RETURNS 

You can return any full priced item within 30 days of purchasing providing it is unused and in re-sale condition.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or it was delivered to you damaged please contact me as soon as possible.

Shipping costs for the resend back to us are at the buyers expense. Shipping costs are not refundable.
